How can we prevent stress at work?
Stress Management consultant Doreen Beresford, believes we can, but first, we must learn to care for ourselves. Doreen has very kindly agreed to share her stress management program here with Find Bliss.
Stress and the physical illnesses stress manifests into, are major causes for time lost from work with illness. One person off sick with stress puts greater pressure on the team, it kills productivity, communication, and general company awesomeness - if we allow it. Is it possible to prevent stress and guard ourselves against its debilitating effects?
